By accessing or placing an order on the Sanganeri Bedsheet Co. website ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping & Returns policy, Size Guide, and Care Instructions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site or place an order with us.

All bedsheets, quilts, cushion covers and home linen sold on this site are hand block-printed by Chippa artisan workshops in Sanganer and Bagru, Rajasthan, using traditional wooden block-printing techniques.

Because each piece is hand-printed and, where applicable, hand-dyed, minor variations in print alignment, colour saturation and motif placement between pieces of the same design are natural characteristics of the craft rather than manufacturing defects. Product photography is taken to represent colours and prints as accurately as possible, but slight variation between the image on your screen and the physical product may occur.

Fabric composition, thread count and finishing details for each product are listed on the individual product page. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing to confirm the dimensions and inclusions (such as number of pillow covers) for your chosen size — Single, Double, Queen or King.

Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability after an order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been accepted.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, including UPI, Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. Prices for hand block-printed products may vary between designs based on the complexity of the print and the dyeing process used.

We ship across India from our workshop in Sanganer, Jaipur. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and product availability. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow your order under "Track my order."

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any transit damage to us within 48 hours.

Because our bedsheets are hand block-printed to order in small batches, we encourage you to review our Size Guide and product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within the window and conditions set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

Minor print or colour variation inherent to hand block-printing, as described in Section 2, is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return on that basis alone. Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method within the timeframe stated in our returns policy.

To preserve the print, colour and fabric quality of your hand block-printed linen, please follow the care instructions provided on the product page and in our Care Instructions guide. Improper washing, bleaching, or drying may affect colour retention and is not covered under our returns policy.

Sanganeri hand block printing is a Geographical Indication (GI 176) recognised craft originating from Sanganer, Rajasthan. Our use of the "Sanganeri" name and certification reflects the traditional origin and technique of our prints, produced by artisan families within the region.

All content on this website — including our name, logo, product photography, written descriptions and site design — is the property of Sanganeri Bedsheet Co. and may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without our prior written consent.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@sanganeribedsheet.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

If you submit a product review or other content to our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content in connection with our website and marketing. We reserve the right to remove any review or content that is false, offensive, or unrelated to the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanganeri Bedsheet Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, policies or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
